Here's what to expect right after your procedure:
It is common to have redness, irritation, and bumps after laser hair removal. With our Motus AZ+, this is rarely the case. There can also be some discomfort, such as a sunburn sensation.
To soothe the area, you can apply a moisturizing lotion or cream, such as aloe. The hair may not fall out immediately and can take up to 2 weeks. In addition, they may not fall out at all, and it can take up to 3 sessions to see a noticeable improvement.
Avoiding the sun seven days before and after the treatment is essential. Be sure to use sunscreen if you plan on being outside after your laser hair removal treatment.
If you're tanned, please inform us at your next visit or call, as we may have to reschedule you until the tan has cleared. Please call the office immediately if you develop discoloration, blistering, or significant pain, as this could be a potential burn.
