Your prompt arrival ensures you receive the full benefits of your scheduled service. If you're late, we will try our best to complete the intended service within the remaining time. However, for delays over 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule and apply our cancellation fee (details below).
All newcomers at INJEXED Medbar must provide a non-refundable deposit. This amount will stay as a credit on your account for future services. Remember, it's non-transferable.
For all services, a $1.00 fee will be charged as a deposit.
48-Hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy
INJEXED Medbar prioritizes punctuality to ensure timely service for all guests and to honor our staff's commitments.
Rescheduling or canceling between 24-48 hours before your appointment will result in a $100 charge for the planned services.
Such charges will credit your INJEXED Medbar account, usable in your subsequent visit. However, violating this policy in the following appointment results in forfeiting the credit. The client must then prepay for future bookings.
Repeated breaches (more than twice) may restrict you from using our services. With our experts often booked far in advance and considering our long waitlist, unexpected cancellations leave slots vacant. This policy ensures optimal service quality and time efficiency for all.

Services: No post-service refunds. Individual aesthetic outcomes can vary, and while we aim for the best, results are not assured.
Products: Purchased items are non-refundable. Yet, you can exchange any defective product within 14 days for an identical one.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
