How to prep for treatment?

• Hold off on supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, and turmeric for 3–5 days beforehand (they thin the blood)
• Arrive with clean skin (no makeup or skincare products)
• Optional: pre-treat with arnica tablets 2–3 days before to help minimize bruising
